Login Issues
- I forgot my Password

Make sure your login details are correct. Still unable to login to Way2SMS, we recommend you to retrieve your password again by using any of the above options.
- I keep getting "Oops .." Errors while logging in
close Our Apologies. You are seeing this page for one of two reasons:

We are experiencing technical difficulties and the site may not be available temporarily. However this may not continue for more than 1 minute. we request you to refresh the same page again in order to land on the requested web page.

Due to slow internet connectivity. We request you to keep refreshing the page.
Please inform us of the problem by emailing support@way2sms.com . If you let us know what you were doing at the time of the error, we can find and fix the problem faster.

If we detect abnormal usage that may indicate that your account has been misused either by you or by some other.In such cases we may disallow you access Way2SMS account. Regaining the access to your account depends on the acitivity behaviour detected by our backend monitoring tools.
Abnormal account activity includes

Sending commercial/ promotional messages or spam messages from Way2SMS
-
bombarding too many messages to a single number or harassing some one by sending excessive messages during the night hours
-
multiple users or unidentified persons using the same account
-
Other suspicious activity

Delivery Issues
- My Messages are not delivering
close This may be due to one of the following cause
- Receiver mobile may not be in the coverage area
- Receiver inbox full
- Receiver mobile network failed to accept/ deliver message
- Way2SMS SMSC failed to submit your message to SMSC due to objectionable message content
- Way2SMS partner Operator failed to deliver Message due to unexpected problem. however this may happen rarely.
- Way2SMS failed to submit to partner operators due to internal SMSC issues. However this may happen rarely once in a quarter or so.
- I'm Getting "Policy Violation.." error message
close Usually because of one among the following reasons
- Sending too many messages to a single number
- Sending excessive messages in few seconds time
We disable access to message sending temporarily. It will take between 1 hour to 24 hours to resume your normal message sending activity. Still if any issues even after 24 hours , please mail us on support@ way2sms.com
- Messages are not delivering instantly
close This may be due to one of the following reasons
- Congestion levels at Way2SMS SMSC
- Congestion at operator SMSC
The above cases may not arise frequently as the kind of throughput we had. We ensure that message delivers with in 1 min in 98% of the cases. Still getting this problem too many times, please let us know your issue in detail.

- Messages are not delivering to a particular operator network
close We request you to send us a mail at support@way2sms.com describing the problem, mobile network and the mobile numbers , approximate message sent time etc.,
- Messages are not delivering to a particular mobile series
close We request you to send us a mail at support@way2sms.com describing the problem, mobile number series(first4 digits) and the mobile numbers , approximate message sent time etc.,
- In Sent Messages showing - "n" messages pending
close This means, your messages are still in our SMSC queue. They are about to submit to the operator SMSC for delivery.
Report Misuse
- Someone is sending Messages from my account.

Please mail your account details such as Email ID, Mobile number to
support@ way2sms.com with subject as Someone is sending Messages from my account.
- Block all messages from Way2SMS to my Mobile

Please send us a mail mentioning your mobile number in the body of the email and send it to
Support@way2sms.com with subject as Block all messages from Way2SMS to my Mobile.
- Block Way2SMS messages from a particular Mobile
close Please send us a mail mentioning your mobile number, number to blocked in the body of the email and send it to Support@way2sms.com with subject as Block Way2SMS messages from a particular Mobile.
